New Players Returning Players

What to Bring to Registration Events:

  1. Two signed copies of the application form printed from EAYSO.
  2. New players to Region 1343 must bring a birth certificate for age verification!
  3. Registration Fee: $75.00 per child.
  4. A volunteering spirit! You will be asked if you or someone you know, would like to coach, referee, team parent, or field setup. Please volunteer, AYSO will train you.

AYSO 1343 General Registration Information:

There are no tryouts. Interest and enthusiasm are the only criteria for playing.

Any level of experience is welcome, from beginning to advanced.

Fall Season games will begin in September and last for 8 games. We will take the Winter off and resume in March for the Spring Season and an additional 8 games.

Teams practice once or twice a week. Days and times are set by the selected Volunteer Coach.

Games for all age groups are on Saturdays.

No games will be held on Fall Break Weekend.

Children must be 4 by July 31, 2009 to be eligible to play.

Register Early. Teams will be formed in July.

Parents of registered children will be contacted in August with team information.

     
Online Application Procedure
For Returning Players


For returning users, registration will be easier than ever.

Notes:
- Please do not register the same player with two different last names.
- It is strongly recommended to PRINT these instructions out before proceeding.

1. Log in to e-AYSO below, using your email you registered with last year and your password

2. Click “Application for a Returning Player".

3. Click on your child's name

4. Step 1. Select a Region-I would like to stay in Region 1343. Click NEXT

5. Step 2. Parent Info-Check all the contact information and edit as necessary . Click NEXT

6. Step 3. Player Info-Check player information. When selecting the school, please use the school boundaries according to your address. Then select the location code that matches the code before the school name. This information will be used when creating and balancing teams. Edit other information as necessary. Click NEXT.

7. Step 4. Parent Jobs-If you wish to volunteer for your child’s team, select the child you wish to help with and the job you wish to do. This will aid us in assigning volunteers. (You will fill out a volunteer form later in the process.) Click NEXT

8. Step 5. Region Info-Read the Important Message. Click NEXT

9. Step 6. Agree & Submit-Read the disclaimer and click "I Agree"

10. Congratulations! Your child has now applied. You have been returned to the Welcome Page.

11. To apply for another child return to complete Items 2 thru 9.

12. When all children have applied, print 2 (two) copies of the application form for each child. Click “Print player form”

13. Make sure any browser pop-up blockers are off, OR you will not be able to print.

14. Click on your Child’s name.

15. Verify all information is correct. Click the Printer Icon. Print and then Sign both copies. Don’t forget to initial page 2 of each copy. Repeat Items 12 thru 15 for each child.

16. Come to one of the Registration Events. Bring the two printed application forms for each child, pay the fee ($75 per player), sign up for a volunteer position and you're done.


As a completely volunteer organization, we request that you sign up for a volunteer position at registration. If you are thinking about being a volunteer, please click on the Apply as an Adult Volunteer link on the Welcome Page and apply, then print up 2 copies, sign them, and bring them to registration.

Can't print your form? Make sure your pop-up blocker is OFF.

Forgot Password?: At the log-on screen, click the "Forgot password" button. A new one will be sent to your email address.

Changed Your Email? If you changed your email from last year, use your last years email to log-on and then go to the "My Login Info" link at the top of the e-AYSO webpage and change your email address for future use. Be sure to click on the Parents link and change your email in the database.
If you are positive you registered last year you can contact the Registrar using the contact from on the website for help finding your account.

Online Pre-Registration Procedures
For New Players


For first time users, MAKE SURE to follow the instructions below exactly.

Notes:

1. When ready, go to www.eayso.org(button below) and follow the instructions below exactly.
2. Click on "FIRST TIME"
3. Click the button for “I would like to fill out an application for my Child(ren) to play”. Click NEXT
4. Fill out the Parent Information. Click NEXT
5. Type your email, password and secret questions/answers so you can return to this e-AYSO system without having to resubmit all this information in the following years.
6. Write down the email address, password and secret questions/answers and keep them in a safe place, in case you forget them. Click NEXT
7. Step 1. Select a Region-Click the button for “ I want my child(ren) to play in region” Type “1343" in box. Click NEXT
8. Step 2. Parent Info-Fill in all the contact information. Click NEXT
